I'm Dr. Jack A. Hahn of Cincinnati, OH. I am a Dental Implantologist, that performs both the surgical placement of Dental Implants and the restoration of Dental Implants (Teeth). I bring more than 40 years of implant expertise. I am Board Certified by the following: ADA, AGD, American Academy of Implant Dentistry , American Board of Oral Implantology, as well as, a Fellowships by the Academy of Osseointegration American, International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Academy of General Dentistry. Recipient of "Lifetime Achievement Award" by the Academy of Implant Dentistry! NOTE: Dr. Hahn is no longer accepting new patients
