The office, doctor and staff, are all AWESOME!!! Kind, caring, friendly! Dr. Jacob Lee was that bomb!!! I will definitely recommend Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery to everyone I know!

I filled out SEVERAL pages they TEXTED me for my patient information (not an easy task on a cell phone) before my referral consultation. He had my referral, CT scans from the referring Endodontist, but insisted he 'could not view them' - however I had NO problem on my own from the CD the Endodontist had. KNOWING you have a patient with previous traumatic experiences with dental procedures, no matter the age, treat them with kindness and care - TAKE YOUR MASK DOWN even if only for a minute to show your face and that you care. So much can be taken from seeing your caregivers FACE while they are talking to you about a detailed procedure and your patient is terrified. All he could talk about was just getting the tooth out - he brushed off the what happens afterwards and said he would get to that later. You want to be TRUSTED as a dentist/oral surgeon, SHOW some care & concern - I was NOT just another 'patient number'.
