I have been going to Dr Drake for at least 8 years. He refused to do my routine cleaning at my dental appointment last week. He wanted xrays first (last ones were late last October in 2024) I asked his assistant if we could skip them. She then got Dr Drake to explain to me why I needed them. He did explain, but was very agitated. I then agreed to let him do the xrays, but he refused, said he was 'done' & escorted me out of the building. BTW, he already knew before I made my appointment that I would be switching to an in network dentist because of my Medicare Advantage Plan. I am on a fixed income. However they can't get me in till this fall. Dr Drake's attitude towards me was very humiliating.
