Dr Miller is just the best in his field. Very caring and professional! Really don’t know you had a tooth pulled!

If I could give -10, I would. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed (top/bottom). After waking my teeth, jaw , and head were in so much pain...I was told it was impossible. I was taken back to the chair and given local injections. I told him there was no relief. My primary care physician was in the office next door and I asked him to contact them - so that a perscription could be written for pain meds. No contact was made. I went home and the pain only increased. Due to a chronic illness, I am no stranger to pain and generally have a higher tolerance than most. By the next day the pain was unimaginable. I went back to Dr. Millers office...he could have cared less...My family physician made sure I had pain meds to reduce the amount of pain I was experiencing. Our family is large. 12 bros/sisters all with spouses and children in Butler and surrounding areas. NONE of us will use him.

My wife came home after seeing dr miller. She said she was treated horrible by him and the staff. They were rude. Told her she waited too long to see him. But she called as soon as she was sent home by butler er. They recommended she call them but the appointment they offered was the one she went to. All to be told she waited too long. Don't go there unless you want to be treated rudely. .zero star for that place. Shame on all of them

My 92 year old mother had to have a tooth pulled. It was the first tooth she has ever had pulled. Dr. Miller was wonderful; after deadening the spot, he pulled it so quickly that Mom never even felt it. She had him prove that he pulled it by showing her the tooth LOL! Wonderful experience, highly recommended.

I suffered severe trauma and severe pain upon seeing a dentist not in relation to dr. Miller. He broke my jaw bone. I was referred to Dr. Miller. I couldnt have experienced more compassion. Dr. Miller had to perform a lot of reconstruction on my mouth. The staff was also very sympathetic to my pain & agony. After approx. 7wks I had finally healed & Dr Miller did NOT CHARGE ME 1 DIME for all that time & work. Id recommend him to any1 & every1! They all gave me great ease during a nightmare...

I completely agree with the above complaint. I too have had AWFUL treatment, and such lack of care!! I wish to GOD that I never went to Dr. Jeff Miller! He has now ruined me of ever having feeling in my lip, neck, and cheek! Such an awful way to treat someone!

My daughter was having a bad reaction 1 month after surgery. I called in to ask for my daughter to see Dr. Jeffrey Miller, who had performed her surgery. Upon arrival at the office, she was seen by Dr. James Miller. His bedside manner is severely lacking. My 13-year-old was terrified. Not only did he not explain what he was going to do, he belittled her for being upset and told her "she couldn't possibly feel any pain." Do not allow a young patient to be seen by Dr. James Miller.
