Very rude staff!!! We liked the doctor in general but the nurse who was making appointments was very rude. The doctor scheduled my little 3-year-old daughter for a sedation with my husband. When my husband told me about the sedation, I wasn't happy about it, just because she really didn't have a serious issue with her tooth. When I called them to cancel the appointment for sedation, the lady on the phone became extremely rude!!! When I called later for cleaning she said they can't take now since I cancelled the appointment with sedation. I don't know how it was connected but i was advised to call in January for cleaning (after 4 months). We received a postcard form them (in February) inviting us back. When I called in July to ask for a cleaning appointment, the same lady was talking about the sedation appointment that I canceled almost a year ago!!! Please be professional, we were your patients not just another "sedation"((((

This is a wonderful pediatric dentist, so are the dental hygienists, and staff. There aren't many options where we live for a dentist.. Dr Rosen is very kind and does offer sedation which I think can be a life saver instead of having a scary experience for your child. It depends on the situation. They accept just about every insurance and my kids aren't afraid to go so that should speak for itself!

We had a wonderful experience and cannot recommend this office more! Dr. Rosen was so patient with my son and took time to answer all of my questions. The staff was also very friendly and our appointment was on-time. So thankful to have found this office!

Liked Dr. Rosen up until the moment he "suggested" sedation dentistry for my six year old without offering any other option. Took her for a second opinion and we were offered nitrous oxide. Much more accepted option by both my husband and I. Don't let a doctor talk you into an option you are uncomfortable with. Always seek a second opinion. When I canceled appointment, the staff was extremely rude and tried to make me feel like I "really put them out". Not professional at all!
