About
Dr. Chiappinelli began her career in dentistry as a Hygienist, working in the Chicago area while pursuing her DDS at the University of Illinois. After a time in private practice in Morrison, Illinois, she decided to return to school at The University Of Iowa to specialize in Endodontics. She had an Endodontic practice for many years in Champaign, Illinois before relocating to Davenport, Iowa after her marriage to a local business man. Dr. Chiappinelli continues to take classes not only in her chosen field , but in all aspects of Dentistry to increase her knowledge for the benefit of her patients. All of the Dental Assistants on the staff are Registered with the State of Iowa and hold Radiography certification. They have also gone the extra step of qualifying as Expanded Functions Dental Assistants in Pulp Vitality Testing.
