I had a great experience at the Mars office. Everyone was friendly. Dr Tackett and his assistant worked gently and professionally. And they answered any questions I had.

VERY expensive, and when his fillings fall out, he charges you to replace them - should be fixed for nothing. Person who does billing can't seem to get things right.

Dr. Tackett is a good dentist, however trying to get through the miserable administrative assistant is a painful experience. She's extremely rude and unaccommodating at all times. Her latest stunt is harassing us for $27 that our Insurance company paid them out of our FSA but she denies ever receiving! She refused to work with the Ins company and 4 1/2 months later, after she threatened several times to turn us into collections she magically found it and NEVER TOLD US, much less apologized!
