About
Dr. Graves was born and raised in the state of Utah by two hard-working parents. His father has worked in accounting for the past thirty-five years and his mother has worked for the United States Postal Service for twenty. Having been raised by people who were no strangers to hard work and discipline, qualities like an exceptional work ethic, honesty, integrity, and a respect for others have been instilled in him since childhood. He is 2nd in a family of 6 children (5 boys, 1 girl). Two of his younger brothers are also dentists. Dr. Graves is a graduate of the prestigious Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Prior to dental school he received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University. Because providing advanced dentistry is important to Dr. Graves, he is continually taking CE courses designed to keep him on the forefront of the dental industry. He approaches dentistry with common sense and values the input of each patient. This allows him to customize treatment plans that meet their individual goals and objectives. He prides himself on being highly skilled in the following types of procedures: CEREC crowns (same day crowns, bridges and implants) Root Canal Treatment Invisalign Oral Surgery procedures (Extractions & Implant placement) Dentures and Partials Full mouth rehabilitations Gentle (pain-free) dentistry Currently he is a member of the following organizations: Academy of General Dentistry American Dental Association North Carolina Academy of General Dentistry North Carolina Dental Society Sandhills Dental Study Club He has received multiple awards for his work in dentistry and in the community. Most recently he and his wife were honored to be the Pinehurst Parks and Rec. Volunteers of the Year for their assistance with multiple youth league teams they coached. Dr. Graves loves being part of the Sandhills community and treasures any opportunity he has to serve this area and improve each patient's life. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Graves enjoys spending time with his young family. He and his wife Rebecca have 4 children that they are constantly chasing between various activities (baseball, golf, basketball, swimming…). They enjoy giving back to the community and building lasting relationships.
