About
Dr. Jason Lizzack grew up locally in Fair Lawn, N.J. He earned his B.A degree from Lehigh University in 1997. He earned his D.M.D. degree from Rutgers (formerly known as University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) and license to practice dentistry in 2001. Dr. Lizzack decided to expand his knowledge and skills by pursuing two years of general dentistry residency. He completed his first year of residency in 2002 at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York. This residency focused heavily on dentistry for the medically compromised patients, dental emergencies, as well as medical emergencies. He completed his second year of residency in 2003 at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York. This residency involved special privileges to learn advanced skills in oral surgery, prosthodontics, and children’s dentistry. Such skills include implant placement/restoration, cosmetic dentistry, complex treatment planning, and behavior management of children. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association as well as the New Jersey Dental Association. When not working, Dr. Lizzack enjoys playing tennis, exploring the outdoors, and photography.
