Not once has it happened that the front desk in Kensington called to cancel a confirmed appointment due to some error of their own. Aggressive tone, then accusation why am I rude to them when I reply defensively, questioningly. For a good dentist like Dr. Yi, the failures of the front desk do injustice to his practice and reputation.

Very efficient but very effective. Gets the job done with no hesitation and will help with any questions you may have regarding your Oral health. Best dentist I've had in Maryland.

During this visit I was seen promptly on time and had a pleasant experience. Went in for my normal 6th month cleaning. Dr. Yi is always professional and takes a few extra minutes to connect with me and really check in on me. I never feel rushed and his care and advice are always great. Best dentist I have had by a long shot!
