I saw him for lower cuspid pain. He said I needed a root canal, and I asked to be referred to someone on my insurance plan. When I arrived for the root canal, in a lot of pain, I learned that he had referred me to his WIFE, and she was not on my plan. I went back for a crown. After having been a dental assistant for a few years, I told him that I felt the tooth needed a post because so much of the structure was gone. He insisted it did not. The crown made on their office machine looked like cheap acrylic. He did not even check the fit of the crown or the bite. After two months and over $2200 later, the entire tooth snapped off at the gum. I called his office and was told he was no longer in practice! The temporary dentist in the practice said there was nothing she could do, and the root would have to be removed surgically. This was the worst dental care I have ever had, and I am livid.

My veneer broke off on a Friday night after coming back from a long day in the OR. My wife called Dr D to see if he could see me asap. He made room on a Saturday morning to place a temporary crown. Its very hard to find this type of dedication today. Thank you Jeff.
