About
Education & Continuing Education Dr. Jeff believes his education in dentistry has provided him with a strong foundation of knowledge and experience. Before becoming a dentist, he received the following degrees: Graduate of Governor Mifflin High School Bachelor of Arts, University of Richmond, 2000 Doctor of Dental Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, 2004 Externship, Philadelphia Veterans Hospital, 2003 Externship, York Hospital Dental Clinic, 2004 Continuing education is Dr. Jeff’s passion and allows him to provide the latest in technology and treatments. He participates regularly with the Academy of General Dentistry’s Peak I Club, and is a member of a local study club comprised of young dentists and dental specialists. Dr. Jeff also travels abroad. Last fall he studied with Gordon Christensen in Provo, Utah, learning how to place mini-implants to make dentures fit tighter. Wow, has that impacted lots of lives! In 2012, Dr. Jeff completed the full curriculum at Chesapeake Dental Education Center in Annapolis, Maryland, where he studied Treatment Planning Comprehensive Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry and mastered the art of creating beautiful smiles! The past few years have been spent intensely growing the practice and the Grove Dental Group team. As a whole team, the practice has embraced hundreds of hours of education and learned how to better serve patients. Team members fly all over this great country together…not just the doctors but staff members too, striving to always be the best at what they do: serving you! Community and Family We are proud to participate with Donated Dental Services, a national organization that helps impoverished or disabled patients in need. We are the only “Dentistry from the Heart” participating practice in the area, and we’ve charitably served hundreds of needy patients because of this affiliation. In 2014, we held two full day charitable service days, as well as one in 2015. We look forward to this day every year. We’ve received local and national recognition for our community endeavors. Just ask, we will do anything we can to serve this community that we love so much. Even when Dr. Jeff is not serving patients, he is still surrounded by happy, bright smiles! He spends most of his free time with his beautiful wife and their 3 children. They enjoy being outdoors, biking, hiking, swimming, and playing sports. He also enjoys cooking, entertaining, experiencing music, and leading his team. Dr. Jeff is on the stewardship team at his church. He wants to help them grow, expand, and serve more people. He is passionate about helping his teammates experience success, both personally and professionally.
