I haven’t been to the dentist for a few years due to Covid and my fears. I called the office and spoke to a caring young lady that eased my fears and got me in to see the dr right away. I was able to get my tooth fixed the same day. Thank you , it wasn’t too bad at all. I’ll be back to keep up on my continuing care. Many thanks to your encouraging front desk receptionist.

My initial visit was in September 2021 for placement of a temporary front tooth crown. The second appointment was in October 2021 for the permanent tooth placement. The permanent tooth fell out the same day after eating ice cream. I went back the next day. The permanent tooth fell out and needed recementing and or replacement 14xs in a period of one year. I was told I broke the post, that the cement was not the same quality due to covid, etc. My last visit was in November to recement the tooth again. The tooth fell out within 6 hours. I will not be returning due to the fact my tooth repeatedly falls out. I have been forced to purchase pop on veneers because of the embarrassing missing tooth that is very visible in the front. This experience has been stressful to say the least. I have not been offered a new replacement and honestly at this point I don't trust the work can be done.

This is a great dentist but the receptionist is unprofessional and rude.

Dr. Marfurt's receptionist is exceptionally courteous and accommodating. His dental hygienist, Julie is precise, thorough, and reassuring. As a former professor at HVCC, I have experienced at least 60 of the college's well trained hygienists as a clinical patient for more than 30 years. Julie is one of the best.
