My wife Kristen and I started Jackson Family Dental in the northland of Kansas City in 2010. What an awesome journey it has been! Our goal when founding a dental startup was to create something that we werent seeing in the marketplace, something new and innovative that we would personally want to go to and experience. We wanted to create a modern office that made people feel welcome, like an old friend you hadnt seen in a long time, and for us to have the autonomy to continually invest in technology, providing exceptional dental care, to create the ultimate dental experience that didnt feel like well, going to the dentist!

The first time I came here it was great! this time I waited for over 30 min for my appointment. Other people came in after me and were seen. I had to cancel my appointment to return to work. This was just a check up. I called and was hung up on before I got HELLO out. I called back thinking it was an accident it went to voicemail. I left a message and have yet to hear back!
