About

Dr. JoAnn Semans attended West Virginia School of Dentistry, where she graduated from in 1984. She, along with her husband, Dr. Tom Semans, opened their private practice in Fairlawn in 1986 and has continued to provide the highest quality of dental care in the area. Dr. JoAnn is an active member of the Akron Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the West Virginia School of Dentistry Alumni Association.

Care Philosophy

Dr. JoAnn continues to attend various continuing education courses focusing on restorative, pediatric and cosmetic dentistry, which allows her to provide exceptional dental care to children and adults. Dr. JoAnn enjoys treating children of all ages in her practice, making them feel comfortable and striving to see they have an enjoyable and positive dental experience. She volunteers her time speaking at various local schools educating young children about their dental health.
