Where do I begin I walked into the office and need water from coughing I asked for some they said here’s a pink cup go into the bathroom and use the water then I got a wisdom tooth out I asked for numbing gel as I had wisdom teeth out before I was told the numbing gel would not work bc of the area then when the Novocain wore off I was in a lot of pain and crying they refused to give me anything for the pain so I had to see my pcp doctor to get something prescribed

Office staff is very pushy about paying up-front for everything. They also claim that insurance pays nothing and didn't even want to submit it. Entire staff and office manager is rude.

I wasn't one of these pleased patients. I had a terrible experience with one of his staff. Had to call about insurance. Since my insurance has recently changed, I wasn't exactly sure of the name. But my interaction with Clarissa, terrible...I knew my insurance was through my employer, but different than my medical. I was told by my insurance company that the office DID indeed accept it. She couldn't even be bothered by calling them, as this is something she wouldn't do. And to find out after my conversation with her, she was impatient and rude to my daughter earlier in the day. My suggestion to her is, if you aren't satisfied or don't like dealing with "people", find another job. You are disrespectful and impatient. I'm glad to say, you're practice isn't the only one around.

Dr. Clemenza and his staff appeared to be highly experienced, professional, and most importantly patient with all the questions and concerns I had in regards to my procedure. I requested different stitches to be use due to being allergic and Dr. Clemenza was able to adjust his routine procedure, which made my healing time faster and essentially pain free.

From when I sat down, until I left the whole experience was great, or as far as getting 2 teeth pulled can be. The initial shot was not as painful as I have had from a previous dentist. I have to say all in all it was no where near as painful as past teeth pulling.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Clemenza took his time and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. The office is clean with a professional but easy atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dr. Clemenza.
