I was referred to Fox's office by my regular dentist for a broken molar for extraction. It took a week to get in for a "consultation" for which I was charged $148 prior to them seeing me. About two minutes with Fox himself to confirm what we all knew, tooth is broken beyond repair and needs to be extracted, I was told the girl would be in to discuss scheduling. I was told since they do not accept my insurance but "work with them" they would schedule the extraction for more than a month out unless I chose to pay the entire $425 charge out of pocket then they could get me in sooner. I chose the out of pocket route given the pain was becoming unbearable that I had already endured for over a week. I was given an appointment for a week and a half later. Paid my $425 at the visit and 45min laters I was out of the office. 3 days after I called the office, on a Friday, with a concern about infection. I was told that there was no coverage for the doctor as it was after 3pm and I could wait until Monday or go to the ER. They have also since received reimbursement from my insurance which they will forward to me most likely when they get around to it. I do not recommend this office. The office staff is very unfriendly and they are very unwilling to work with their patients. Cash in hand and they will perform the services however with no follow up after. Anything you ask, about billing, procedure etc is met with "we are very busy and we are down on staff.". My advice, pick another office.
I was terrified of having two more wisdom teeth removed, and a couple molars in the way back of my mouth. I stalled for a while, and then I went in. I was supposed to be put under regular anesthesia, but because I was chewing gum they would not do that. I had all four teeth removed with Novocaine. The oral surgeon pulled all four teeth within 5 minutes or less. I was amazed with how quickly he had my teeth out. It was nowhere near as bad as I had imagined in my mind. The dental assistant was extremely understanding, and nice. I had an amazing experience. I highly recommend this oral surgeon!!
First, they get you in right away. Second, I was treated with kindness and professionalism from all staff. Lastly, Dr. Fox was very through and answered all my questions. I left feeling confident with his findings. I would recommend this office.
Absolute joke this place is don’t get me wrong all the ladies there were lovely and very kind other than that dr fox ripped 3 teeth out of my face and I HAD TO KEEP MY MOUTH OPEN MYSELF not that I know much about dental work but I’m pretty sure a mouth guard that holds ur mouth open helps relax ur jaw. He also ripped all of those teeth out rushed so fast and finished within 20 minutes I got my stitches and they sent me packing. No checkup appt no gaus and I was bleeding like crazy no medicine nothing. By the time I got home the numbness wore off and I felt everything. They called me the next day to “check in” I told them I’m in extreme pain and they were telling me that I was “smoking” when I don’t even smoke. Do not go to these ppl
Very pleased with my experience with Dr Fox and staff. No pain with extractions, just pulling and some noise like he said! Everybody was so nice to me and made me feel more relaxed.
I am a 71 year old women who was recommended to Dr Fox for implants. I found Dr Fox to be an arrogant, and pompous and that was my first impression from day one and it turned out to be a correct impression. I have other implants but none were done in NY as I have been living in Texas for the last 35 years and just moved here. He does not communicate, as I just found out he is not doing the implants but some new guy whom I hnow nothing about, has kept me coming in to take impressions, and when I asked him why, he got huffy and told me the office would call me - call me for what I don’t know. I have been hanging around for over 4 months and no appt to do the job. Today I had to wait almost 1 hour for another impression. When I asked,again, when the implants would be done, I was told the office will call me. I find Dr Fox unprofessional, too much into himself - definitely not his patients, does not like being questioned, explains nothing, and I am glad he will not work on me.

DR Fox is a very caring and kind surgeon.he explains everything he is doing and makes me feel comfortable.i highly recommended this man to anyone!!you are the best
Dr. Fox did an awesome job with my surgery. Dr. Fox and his staff go above an beyond. Excellent care and office staff are very helpful, friendly and answered all of my questions.
I saw dr fox this afternoon for a extraction. Even though my tooth didn't want to come out and it was pretty painful.. He was calm and made me very comfortable! What a nice man!
