Had a great experience with Dr Gatti and his assistant. My situation was explained carefully and together we decided to proceed with the procedure to save my tooth. It was a success and turned out even better than he expected. I had no pain during the process. Thank you so much Dr Gatti you are highly recommended!!!Five stars
Happy to highly recommend this group and Dr. Gatti personally. Very personable, staff was amazing. Sara at the front desk goes above and beyond. They even gave me a blanket during the procedure. Top notch care! 5 Stars.
Refused service when I asked for copy of privacy notice to read before signing. The signature page on the computer stated it would be provided and should be read before signing. I requested a copy so I could review it. The front desk person went in the back and got the doctor. After a brief conversation where I pointed out the document that I was to sign recommended reading the notice and that it was being provided the doctor stated we were done effectively canceling the appointment.
I should have read the reviews before I made the appointment and I forgot that my husband had gone to an appointment with him 20 years ago. Back then our dentist took X-rays and Dr Gatti took them again , even though my husband brought the ones our dentist took. He charged our insurance and wanted money for a 2nd set of X-rays . Whether it was the dentist fail it or dr gatti, I’m not sure because both took X-rays and both hit our insurance. Today after waiting 1 hour 20 min, we left.

The most amazing dentist and person I have ever met. Extremely nice and patient with me, his staff as well. I was scared to death but he calmed me down and made the experience very painless. Reading the past 2 reviews makes me sick, Dr. Gatti is the most caring doctor I have ever had. Tremendous group highly recommend him.
Terrible dentist and even worse staff! Dr. Gatti did a root canal on my son for which my insurance paid him handsomely for. Fast forward a year later and the root canal is infected. I immediately call his office to make an appointment so Dr. Gatti can look at and correct HIS work and was told they will refuse to see my son until an old balance is cleared up! This dentist does NOT stand behind his work. Trust me and see someone else.
Terrible endodontist! He was very physically rough on my head and neck, as well as arrogant and condescending. I found him to be impatient. Any questions I had were ignored. Thankfully, the front office staff and the dental assistant were wonderful.
Absolutely amazing man. Never been more pleased in my life to walk out of a dentists office. He was so kind and compassionate. It was borderline bizarre to be honest. Especially for a dentist. But in a great way. Would recommend him to everyone and everyone!
