Many years ago, I was interviewing with a prominent orthodontist who was ready to retire, but he was very concerned about the care his existing patients would receive. The doctor stated that he could find plenty of skilled orthodontists that could treat his patients teeth, but that he was more interested in finding a doctor that would treat his patients like his own family. So, he posed only one question to me. He asked me, "If a man gave you a million dollars, whats the first thing that you would do?" I immediately replied, "I would say 'Thank You'."
