Myself and my children have been with Dr. Vallera since the eighties. Never had any problems. He’s partially retired now and I don’t like the replacements. I had a toothache for three weeks. Had an appointment. They’ve taken many x-rays and told me I needed three upper teeth pulled and gave me another appointment in May 2024. It’s April now and I’m not going to put up with three weeks more toothaches. I will find somebody else. End of rant.

Great Dentist, Great Staff, I was told by another dentist that the problem was that I was getting old and nothing could be done about a tooth/gum problem. Came to Dr. Vallera and he IMMEDIATELY fixed the problem. The entire family has now switched.

There is a serious lack of communication. My daughter had what I believe to be, the wrong tooth worked on. It took 3 phone calls and it was never cleared up why this tooth was worked on instead of the one that we believed we made the appt for. I was actually told 2 different stories. We made yet another appt (this was the 3rd one), to get the correct tooth worked on and was called by his office the day before to change the appt after taking the day off work to take her.
