Dr. John Schaick is the best dentist ever and I have been to various dentist throughout my life. I love the fact that I never feel the needles if he ever has to give me Novocain. His personality, sense of humor and professionalism is great! Never feeling any needles or any sense of discomfort is "the cherry on top" of my visit. I highly recommend him.

Mr. John Van Schaick saw serious dental problems with my elderly mother who resided at The Pines Nursing Home in Glen Falls NY and did nothing to help her. The fact is my mother entered The Pines in 2011 with a full set of teeth which is remarkable for a person in their nineties but her mouth deteriorated because of the nursing home's lack of care (they stopped brushing her teeth some years before she died this past April 2020) Her teeth began to turn brown and mom started losing teeth My mother complained of pain and inability to chew her food. We complained ongoing but nothing was done even after my calling his office several times whereupon he seemed shocked that a family member would call his office directly to make a complaint and get him involved in her care. He actually sounded indignant and shaken up. Meanwhile my mother's mouth had deteriorated and the bacteria building in her mouth may have led to systemic sepsis. Van Schaick will have much explaining to do. He is a terrible

He and his staff were kind, nonjudgemental, and informative. He and his staff actually care about you and how you feel which is seemingly impossible to find in the dental industry. Its nice to feel comfortable and taken care of. I haven't found that in a dentist before.
