About
Dr. Wells has been practicing pediatric dentistry in Hendricks County since 1999. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1976 with a degree in Microbiology. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1983. He practiced general dentistry in rural Kentucky for fourteen years. Working with children was Dr. Wells' favorite part of his practice, so he chose to specialize in pediatric dentistry. He received his pediatric dental specialty certificate after training at the Riley Hospital for Children and the Indiana University School of Dentistry from 1997 to 1999. In addition to maintaining a practice in Brownsburg, Dr. Wells has taught lectures at the Indiana University School of Dentistry and Riley Hospital Pediatric Dental Program. He also has privileges at Hendricks Regional Health. Dr. Wells is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Academy of General Practice Orthodontics. He is past-president of the Indiana Society for Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Wells, and his wife, Lavada, reside in Avon, Indiana, and are the parents of three children.
