I've made my appointment 6 weeks ago. The day before my appointment you tell me I am out of network. 6 weeks of pain! 6 weeks of waiting! I provided you with my insurance information the first day I called. Someone should have verified the insurance 6 weeks ago. Now, I find out it will be more than $300 for a consult and over $1000 if you do any work. I feel vulnerable and taken advantage of. No worries. I cancelled my appointment. What a terrible approach to let someone in pain wait for 6 weeks and ultimately tell them it will cost a fortune to get treatment. And them at the last possible minute!! I am going to tell everyone I know to avoid Sage Endodontics.

His assistants made me feel less anxious. Dr. Huynh explained everything before the root canal. I appreciate how gentle he was during the numbing process!

The doctor simply explained everything and was very patient of my questions. The root canal was fast and painless. I would recommend all my friends and family to Dr. Huynh!

I hope this will help someone avoid a similar experience. Be sure to get any discussion on pricing in writing (practice is more business centric than patient centric). Don’t be surprised when sitting in the Dental chair and vulnerable to hear we need to do more testing not covered by insurance (100% your cost) before we can proceed. I left, received a second opinion and had the procedure completed with no complication and at 10% less cost.
