Everything seemed fine until I did as instructed and submitted my claim on my own. Then while claiming it was solely the patients responsibility to submit claim forms they refused to provide the required info. I wanted to know how was I supposed to submit a claim to my insurance company to get reimbursed for his services if they were refusing to provide the information based on some legality. I don't understand why they would refuse payment in full from the insurance company or allow me to be reimbursed after I had paid for the doctor's services by money order. I even had payment in full an appointment the Dr skipped. Rather than answer my questions or making the promised payment arrangements they discharged me from the service claiming that the office I was scheduled to be seen was for emergencies only!

Dr. Candido is an excellent dentist. Doctor listens to patients concerns and communicates treatment thoroughly with patients. Will discuss options and give you the best advice and care He is very knowledgeable and experienced. His work in patients mouth is excellent. Will recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist.

He was very clear with his instructions and was super friendly. I felt very safe in his care. He ripped out the tooth with such ease that I barely felt anything. The numbing shots were worse. Overall I was very happy with my visit.

This man is not gentle at all. He will rips your mouth and be so loose with his instruments that he cracks teeth. He has extremely poor communication and bedside manor. He is literally getting by off the work of the women in the office while basking in the glory of being THE DOCTOR

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went to Aspen Dental due to swelling in my gums and they were able to "get me in" which was really just the scam consultation that Aspen provides. Candido said the root canal needed to be removed. I wanted the swelling to go away so I agreed. During the procedure, which is considered a complex surgery, he and the tech left multiple times to handle other patients. This was to push as many patients through as possible and left me in a room with blood pooling in my mouth and anesthetic wearing off. A few days later, I am still in extreme pain and go to another dentist for a check-up on the surgical site. They reviewed my xrays and informed me the tooth could have been saved with a redo of the root canal. Candido performed a complex surgery in an ill-equipped office using antiquated extraction methods in the name of money. He should have referred me to a qualified surgeon but his interest is extracting money from wallets, not helping patients. Avoid.
