Absolutely rude billing staff. Left a message for Sandy in billing who never bothered to call me back BUT had no problems sending me a completely rude email in CAPS without discussing the issue in the first place! They provide standard of care regardless of your insurance, whether it’s covered or not and do care if you get stuck with the bill. Horrible!
