About
Dr. Alter graduated from New York University Dental School in 1987.Following dental school Dr. Alter completed a residency program at the Brooklyn V.A. Medical Center,with a special emphasis on surgery. In 1990 Dr. Alter completed a year long program in Implant training, with both surgical and restorative components. In 2002 Dr. Alter received certification in orthodontic treatment with the use of INVISALIGN. Dr. Alter received certificate training in treatment of sleep disorders through fabrication of oral appliances. As well as training in Facial cosmetics,for the purpose of placing Botox and dermal fillers. Dr. Alter is trained in the use of ,Dental Lasers, Digital Impressions, Digital X-rays , Nitrous oxide sedation. Dr. Alter continues to expand his knowledge and expertise to help provide his patients with the most up to date technology and treatment options.
