I had a 4:00 appointment with Dr. Gonzalez. At 2:45 I was called and told "The doctor is ready for you, are you here?" No, i'm not there-When can you be here?-I am planning to be there at 4:00 the time of my appointment. Well, Dr G has an appointment that he can't miss and will not be able to see you (I am in transit to their office). So, you could not tell me that when you called at 2:45? I had a meeting at 4:00 as well, but, I rescheduled. I am sure he knew about the meeting before I left work and could have rescheduled. So are you telling me he will not see me? He cannot see you today.

Dr Gonzalez performed the biopsy on a sore under my tongue. Dr Yancey referred me to him for a biopsy. When I arrived, the appointment desk informed me that my insurance was not accepted. They could have told me that ahead of time. So I had to pay for the whole thing out of pocket. The whole time I was with the doctor he seemed to be hurried and rushed. The nitrous oxide did not affect me in the least. He did not allow my tongue to get numb and then proceeded just stick needles in it. It was quite painful. Now, over a month later, my tongue is still very tender and hurts whenever it hits on my teeth. The pain from the original sore was minor compared to the discomfort 1 month after my procedure.
