About

A native of West Virginia, he attended WVU and graduated with a degree in Biology and Doctor of Dentistry in 1980. He then served in the United States Air Force as a dentist for 5 years. In 1985, he began in private practice in Woodbridge. Over the course of his career, he has continued to pursue excellence through studies with the world renowned Pankey Institute and The Dawson Academy. Attends many CE courses and recently achieved MAGD status that only 1% of dentists have obtained.

I, along with my team, provide you individualized, predictable and comprehensive care. Respecting your time, we devote your appointment time to only you. Having extensive training with The Pankey Institute and Dawson Academy, earning Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry, and sedation certification, I provide care to the most discerning individuals who appreciate the investment they make in their oral health; placing and restoring dental implants, TMJ treatment and routine care.

Dr Cavallo is not just a restorative dentist. He is a true artist and if you spent 10 minutes with him you will see what I mean. He is a bespoke dental expert. No 2 mouths are the same and with his state-of- the- art tools, mixed with his eye and expertise he formulates a plan just for you. He is second to none and sees things about your mouth and smile you would never think of asking about or noticing. He puts so much thought and care into your individual plan, and presented in easy- to- understand terms. His main goal is for you to be happy with the end result. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to feel they are in the best hands, be thrilled with their results, and leave with a new look and confidence of a beautiful smile and healthy mouth.

My experience with Dr. Cavallo was the best among all others. It is rare to find a doctor who wholeheartedly cares about his patients. He provides the best and most up-to-date treatments and procedures with advanced dental care technology. Despite having several unusual and difficult dental issues, Dr. Cavallo provided the best care. I know this, due to having nightmarish experiences at other practices. I am very pleased with the partial dentures that Dr. Cavallo made for me; they look and feel great, and, most importantly, they sits comfortably in my mouth without any pain. Anyone who uses partial dentures would understand the importance of having them without the discomfort and pain. Also, the professional and caring staff go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of their patients. Thank you, Dr. Cavallo for giving me back my smile, for the excellent work you've done on my teeth, for your expertise, knowledge and caring. Thank you for all that you do!

Caveat Emptor!! Dr. Cavallo's billing practices are NOT transparent. I was charged out of pocket $389 BEYOND my insurance coverage for a basic cleaning. His comprehensive exam is ALL about up-selling. Walked out of there believing I needed 3 crowns etc.. then I received his first bill and saw how much he was charging. I would have had to mortgage my home to pay for anything beyond the simple cleaning. Should have listened to my gut when I was always the only patient in his office.
