Brook is the most ignorant dental assistant/hygienist. She was very careless and splattered stuff on my shirt. Dr. Scott was very confused about basic questions asked of him. I now question Dr. Justin Scott’s competency. I am not going to do any referrals. Very stupid people at Pure Dental Health in my opinion. I will not be returning there.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company and their billing charges are on the level of scam artists. They goad you to pay up front and then when you don’t get the services you paid in advance for, getting them to return your money is almost impossible. Also, they charge far above what the insurance companies deem as allowable then bill you for the difference. After, not returning my phone calls to find out why my statement balance was still so high even with my insurance I received an email threatening to send my account to collections. The real kicker is that I’d already paid the $133 due to protect my credit. In the threatening email the majority of the balance showed as being written off as bad debt (-$122) with just $19 due to them. Symphony (or Tiffany?) in billing then called me not to refund my $114 overpayment but to try and tell me that the statement sent via email was an error. Came here for a deep cleaning and Mylinh was phenomenal!!! I was really nervous since I haven’t had a cleaning done in over 10 years and I was expecting a lot of pain. Luckily I was under Mylinh care and she was beyond sweet and caring she made sure I was ok and comfortable throughout the whole entire experience she also gave me her personal number to text her just inc case if I ever need anything or have any questions regarding my teeth. She really went above and beyond for me she even texted me afterward to recommend products I should buy to better my oral health. And she was also asking if I was ok afterward. Words cannot explained how pleased I am of my hygienist. Highly recommend pure dental health to everyone especially Mylinh and the buckhead location if you’re looking for a pain free throrough cleaning.

Do NOT use this dentist!!! He only cares about money, rushed my dad through the bill without carefully going over what he was paying for. Almost $7000... he didn’t warn me that getting a bridge involved shaving down 2 teeth.. and now when completing the implant and two crowns on my FRONT teeth he rushed to put them on without me saying I liked them and now refused to make changes because he said he felt disrespected!! So unprofessional!! And he wanted more money!! Horrible experience!!

Dr. Scott is Awesome! Pulled 4 wisdom teeth didn't feel a thing during or after! Dr. Scott is Phenomenal! Dr Nadia - just oversaw my cleaning and introduced me to several advanced techniques to help meet my smile desires! Kate my hygenist did my cleaning she was Fantastic! - so warm reassuring, talked to me during my treatment which means the world to any dental patient. Joselyn was Wonderful! She was patient & kind as I tried to figure out the best booking solution + Kristina was great too!

Been coming here for a few years now. Great, friendly staff, great service. Reliable information. Discount plan makes cost more managable. Great experience overall. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

Kate and Zedricka were awesome. They really healped me as someone terrified of the dentist to be very relaxed and enjoy my visits.
