This office does a great job at keeping you with your preferred professionals. This visit was ideal. As always, I felt listened to and remain impressed with Dr. Joseph's caring manner, and gentle treatment. Furthermore, as many of us non-medical people are vulnerable and must trust our doctors, I have been impressed by Dr. Joseph's honesty!! I complained about pain and we know he could have done something and I wouldn't have known any better. Instead, he told me my xray didn't indicate an issue. When he has done anything, I always get a through explanation b4 consent. My hygienist, Bree, did her normal fantastic job, even allowing me to talk a bit as I do, explaining what she was about to do and answering basic questions in a respectful manner. Come here, trust and relax. BTW the front desk rep. even explained my discount to me on paper, a nice gesture, but I forget her name (sorry).

I cannot recommend this dentist. In my first visit he told the hygienist I needed a crown after looking at my x- rays. he had only looked at my teeth for just a few seconds, the looking at the computer located behind me he told the hygienist I needed a crown. He never told me I needed a crown, or why, or even which tooth. The cost of a crown is at least $1500.00. This was so disturbing to me., and I will never go back to the dentist. He is licensed as a DMD, not a DDS.
