About
Dr. Kambiz "kaz" Fotoohi received his 4 year (D.M.D.) degree from Goldman School of Dentistry in Boston and thereafter continued for additional 3 years of specialty/advanced degree to become a prosthodontist (C.A.G.S.). He has been practicing as a prosthodontist in the Washington metropolitan area since 1992. His specialty training as a prosthodontist gives Dr. Fotoohi the ability to foresee, analyze and correct challenging dental problems. Additional expertise in risk management, working with dental phobic patients and medically compromised patients. Dr. Fotoohi enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years, 2 adult children and their much loved Australian shepherd in Chevy Chase, MD. He is an avid outdoor adventurer and loves to play soccer, ski and travel.
