She would not reply to voicemail, I called 4 or 5 times for 3 hours and kept getting voicemail. I also resorted to leaving a email on her website. I also wrote her a letter to inform her of the hassle a new patient is experiencing trying to reach her. No response

I recently became a patient of Dr. Kathleen Rigden following many years with my previous dentist that I had before moving to St. Louis. My experience with Dr. Rigden and her staff has been terrific and I'm happy she's my new primary dentist. I suffer from severe dental anxiety and she expertly and painlessly treated. She's very kind patient and has a top-notch medical education and residence training. I strongly recommend Dr. Rigden.

Each visit with Dr. Rigden has been extremely efficient but thorough. Dr. Katie and her staff have gone above and beyond with regular cleanings/checkups, fillings, follow up with specialty surgeries, and appointments. I have never waited more than a few days to see her and each time I wait less than 5 minutes in the seating area. As a healthcare professional myself, I appreciate the little details they have thought about in the patient experience and will continue to use this office for myself and family even if we move. The ENTIRE staff has been nothing but professional, courteous, and welcoming.

Treatment is quick but thorough. I don't feel like they are ever "pushing" or selling anything unnecessary. Also, I have *never* had any insurance or billing issues.
