HIGHLY RECOMMENDED — Dr. Hong is an excellent dentist. He is very knowledgeable with extensive experience and expertise in dental implants, root canals, crowns, fillings and extractions. He is very caring, uses the latest technology and techniques, provides expert explanations and recommendations and performs excellent work. He has a wonderful hygienist and his entire staff is very competent and friendly. They work together very well to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hong for many years and highly recommend him and his staff.

I saw Dr Hong years ago at his previous location in Laurel, MD. When I needed to find a dentist in Howard County I was so grateful to see he had an office in Ellicott City. Dr Hong is gentle, compassionate and does excellent dental work. His staff is very nice and helpful also. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Not often does one say they had a fantastic time at the dentist, but here I truly did. All of the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Zaidi is amazing and has some of the latest and greatest technology. Overall, just a great experience.

Dr. Hong is the most gentle and caring dentist I have experienced in my 60+ years. I had a legitimate fear of dentists from bad experiences and experienced panic attacks in the dentist's chair. His caring and calm demeanor put me at complete ease. I never had a panic attack again after experiencing Dr. Hong. Also, be prepared for a complete education about dental health-especially your gums.

Dr. Sahrai, you are MISSED! Nothing but horrible dental work since I had to switch to someone else. If you don't want to end up with root canals don't schedule with this office. Poor bookkeeping as well. Office manager had no record of my $315.00 payment. I had to fax proof. Now I have to have root canals due to shoddy dentistry. don't dare call after hours for pain either, falls on death ears. Do yourself a favor, RUN the opposite direction from this office

Office personnel have excellent people skills. Hygienists are conscientious. Equipment is state of the art. Dr. Hong has excellent people skills and works very quickly. Well-satisfied with outcomes.
