I saw Dr Aibel for a root canal. His staff was very friendly. All he talked about during my procedure was how far behind he was that day, which seemed less than professional. Clearly he was rushing. I explained that I have a slipped disk on the left side of my jaw, and must be allowed to close my mouth frequently to avoid severe and lasting pain. He replied 'Well, once I get started, I'm not stopping '. When he applied the dam, he severely pinched the corner of my mouth. (I couldn't feel it at the moment) This turned into a sizable bump with matter in it. My jaw doctor was very surprised that he ignored my need to flex my jaw.. I couldn't get the knot to resolve for 3 months, when something like a grain of rice came out. I would never recommend this man.
If possible, I would give no stars. As a healthcare professional, I find it completely unconscionable that a practice like this finds it acceptable to cancel appointments that are made weeks in advance the evening before the appointment with no warning of cancellation for arbitrary and made up reasons. The sheer disrespect and lack of accountability that the office staff show towards patients proves to me that this practice prioritizes profits over people. Please save yourself the wasted weeks of pain, and schedule your root canals at a more professional practice, that way your appointment actually occurs.
This place is a scam. They will take your money, leave you in pain, and refuse to help you further.This is also the only local provider that charges you an initial “exam fee” then the root canal charges separately, later. All other places charge $500 less - and aren’t trying to scam you into paying an “exam fee” so they can then NOT provide you with a root canal. Go ANYWHERE else, this place is a scam.I went in for a root canal but was anxious about the procedure. I told them about this and they definitely noticed before starting. Instead of noting I was upset and asking me to come back another day, the 'doctor' drilled away HALF OF MY TOOTH before deciding he wasn't able to complete the procedure because I was nervous. He stopped, leaving me IN PAIN with half a tooth.Then, at the cashier they were unable to process my credit card payment for the exam. They floundered about, making me more upset about the situation, asking to make photocopies of my credit card (??), and refused t
Best in the business, very knowledgeable and comfortable with what he does. His equipment is state of the art and his staff are very professional. Never know a root canal could be such a good experience.
Dr.Aibel is a wonderful person and knows his stuff. He preformed a complicated root canal on me and it was easier than any filling I have ever had. His assistant was professional and his staff very accommodating. It turned something I had been dreading into a very nice experience because I met such nice people and now have a wonderful new dentist who I can depend on for special needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Look no further.
I am sure Dr Aibel is as good as his dossier shows and these reviews say however I will never know that for certain because I could not get past Heather his scheduling secretary. She and I had an issue form day one, I detected an unwillingness on her part to really hear what I was saying and felt an absence of all empathy in her. She told me that I was wrong and had made the mistake of cancelling an Oct 24th appointment, which I was quite certain I had not. The customer is always wrong I gather.
Dr Aibel and his team are rock stars! It was truly impressed to watch how meticulous and thorough they were when doing my root canal. In addition, they all have such a great bedside manner!

Dr. Aibel was very kind and responsive to my root canal emergency and fit me into an already busy schedule on short notice. In other words, he got me out of excruciating pain, and he did it in a reasonably quick manner.
