I have been a patient in this dental practice for several years. Over the past several weeks I had called the office to make an appointment. I just learned today that the office abruptly closed. I received no notification of this abrupt closure. No guidance regarding how to obtain my years of dental records. Very unprofessional.
I would not recommend Dr. Dennis and would caution against getting fillings at Peach Valley Dental. The fillings I received were undoubtedly the worst dental experience I have ever endured. Not only was I not as numb as I should have been, Dr. Dennis was extremely rough/heavy handed, constantly pulling and tugging on my face, neck and head. I was able to feel much of the poking and prodding during the filling. Dr. Dennis also took off too much of my tooth and improperly rebuilt the wall of my tooth, causing me to undergo a redo of the filling THE SAME DAY, on the SAME tooth. A subsequent redo was also required because the she caused an extremely uncomfortable gap that is still present today. I ended up worse off and now I require further work and hundreds of dollars.
I had an emergency dental issue and booked an appointment after their website and Cigna's webiste said they were accepting patients. I was later told both were incorrect and they couldn't help me. Too lazy to update their website. Unhelpful and Unprofessional! Dont waste your time.
Never have I had such a great time at the Dentist!! Dr. Dennis is THE consummate professional AND the sage friend we all need. Not only does she provide exceptional service, she educates, inspires and makes you feel at home. HER staff must be cloned as they are equally professional, warm, thorough and personable. I never thought I'd say this about a dental practice...but I cant wait to go back!!
Dr. Dennis and staff are very kind and courteous, very professional. Makes you feel at ease, and comfortable. I have finally found a family dentist that I am very well pleased with. From the front desk to the dentist chair the customer service is an A+ and beyond. I will most definitely recommend Peach Valley Dental care to all my family and friends who are indeed searching for a good dentist, with good customer care and excellent patient care values.
I was in the market for a new dentist as my previous dentist moved out of the area. I was very happy with my selection. Dr Dennis is AWESOME as well as her staff. I have zero complaints. I think I have found my NEW long term dental provider.
