Care Philosophy

Dr. Kenneth Band was born in Wichita Falls, Texas to the proud parents Jeffrey and Ellen Band on April 4, 1969. Jeffrey was a dentist in the air force and Ellen was a nurse/receptionist at a local doctors office. Dr. Band and family moved to New Jersey when he was only two years old and then welcomed in his sister Jill Amy. Dr. Band spent his elementary through high school years in East Brunswick where he graduated East Brunswick High School in 1987. After high school, Dr. Band chose to attend the University of South Florida in Tampa where he earned a degree in psychology. It was then that Dr. band decided to follow in his fathers footsteps and attend the University of Medicine and Dentistry, where he graduated in 1996, and became a dentist. Dr. Band opened his first practice in 1996 in East Brunswick where he stayed for 8 years. The practice then moved down the street to Spotswood where it has been building for the past 16 years. Dr. Band has always promised to try and stay current in his field and to continue educating himself and staff in order to provide the best care possible. We provide anywhere from basic cleanings and fillings to more advanced procedures like implants and clear braces. Dr. Band's willingness to learn and his drive to bring the best practices to his patients allows him to remain at the forefront of dentistry. In his spare time away from the office, Dr. Band spends most of his time with his family. Dr. Band and his wife were married in 2006 and now have one son Brent who was born in 2009. Dr. Band also loves to play golf, travel, and listen to live music.
