About
Dr. Jazdzewski graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1982. Upon graduation he served in the U. S. Navy at Great Lakes Naval Base. While there, he began working at Heritage Dental on a part time basis. After 3 years of service, he entered full time practice and has been here since. Dr. Jaz, as he is referred to, enjoys NASCAR, Chicago sports teams, other than the Bears (he is a Packer fan thanks to his dad). He and his wife, Lisa, enjoy the outdoors and spending time with their grandchildren. Dr. Jaz has enjoyed taking care of families, watching them grow to have families of their own, and then taking care their children.
