There was a question about my bill. I went there to show them what I was given. The office manager [?]. Argued with me. Then called the good doctor in. While I was trying to explain my receipt to the doc the office person kept talking. I did ask him to had her shut up so he could understand me. He said no she was helping him. Nothing was solved. Went back the next working day. Again she was the only one who was right. I told her I'd like for the doctor to look at my partial. She kept saying he had a patient I was willing to wait, she stood in front of me, told me if I didn't leave she would call the authorities. I'm 81 years old. Disabled. Can hardly walk. Anyway, she told me to write down my phone number and she would give it to the doctor Said he would call. I would say as soon as I left she threw that phone number away and he knows nothing about it. So she had told me I could not come there any more. I was band from that dentist. She said she would mail my records.
Dr. Brucker is the only dentist I’ve ever visited, and I’ll never go anywhere else. Fantastic care, amazing team.
