I had an appointment for both of my children. One of my kids woke up not feeling well so I called to cancel the appointment. The lady at the front desk response was ' we will have to charge you since you didn't call 48hours in advance to cancel ' once I informed her that she woke up this way she paused for a moment then proceeded to say she's going to put me on hold. Once she returned she informed me that Dr.Shabany said that I could pay the fee or not bring my children back at all. She was very unapologetic and didn't have good bed side manner.

My smile looks better than it ever has. Dr. Shabany is an artist. He designed my crowns to fit and look perfect. Best dentist ever. I have been going there for over 10 years and I'm very thankful for their services.

I visited Dr. Shabany in October 2023 due to a loose crown condition that was performed a few years ago. The doctor was able to perform a quick procedure to fix the issue. However, the office didn’t inform me about the cost estimate and the insurance coverage prior to the treatment. I received unexpected high bill after a few months later. When I called the office to discuss the bill, the office ignored the fact of not informing me about the cost and simply said, “we could legally not consider insurance coverage and charge you more”.
