Dr. Kianoush Tari, DMD

About

Dr. Tari is an Ivy League trained orthodontist who received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Tari finished at the top of her graduating class, ranking in the Top Ten overall. She received specialty training in Orthodontics, graduating with a Certificate of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and Master's Degree in dental research from Temple University. Dr. Tari is a Virginian from Fairfax who completed her undergraduate studies at George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In addition, she completed a Fellowship in Molecular Biology at the National Institute of Health (NIH). Dr. Tari is a lifelong learner, attending comprehensive orthodontic "mini" residency programs at renowned institutions such as the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry and at the Moyer's Symposium at the University Of Michigan School Of Dentistry. Dr. Tari is an active member of the following institutions: American Board of Orthodontics American Association of Orthodontists College of Diplomats of the American Board of Orthodontics American Dental Association Virginia and Northern Virginia Dental Associations Southern Association of Orthodontists Experience Dr. Tari strives for excellence in every aspect of her profession. She was rewarded as the "Top Orthodontist" by Consumer's Research Council of America. In addition, she has a strong belief in continuing her training and education in order to utilize the latest orthodontic techniques and treatments best suited for both growing and adult patients. Dr. Tari's innovative approach to orthodontics is both effective and efficient, reducing treatment times and providing successful results for her patients. Community Dr. Tari is an active member of her community, supporting numerous local businesses as well as sports, arts, and educational institutions for the community youth for more than 14 years. Dr. Tari is highly committed to promoting healthy lifestyles for the mind and body of the youth in our communities.
