I saw Dr. Monda 3 years ago. She did a filling on a chipped molar I had. About a week later I was back in their office instead seeing Dr. Weiss who determined Monda did a filling over something that needed a root canal. I got the root canal (still have problems on the side it was done). Scheduled as a regular patient and at one appt they gave me Dr. Monda even though I told them I only wanted to see Dr. Weiss. Still scheduled my next appt and then that Monday (my appt was on Friday) someone called saying they had to cancel as Dr. Weiss is going to a convention. I did not reschedule. I called a few months later for an emergency as at the time my insurance was not great and only 3 dentists in the area took it. Bonnie answered and decided to address the appointment I had cancelled. She told me they had a fire at the office!!! Crazy that was not the excuse when they called. Over all between Monda, Weiss and Bonnie they are simply the worst dentist I’ve experienced.

Dr. Monda came highly recommended, but I left my appt not understanding why I need a root canal and several cavities filled on teeth I’ve had no problems with, nor see any discoloration.. and the jaw pain I went in for, I have no answers about. I came to this office as a new pt, and felt very rushed along. Dr. Monda didn’t introduce herself, she spoke to the dental assistant but never directly to me and answered my few questions very hurriedly. She looked at a few of the taken X-rays, but didn’t even look at the lower jaw area I’m having pain and swelling in. I’m left really feeling like I need a second opinion.
Horrible experience, veneers fell out 3 times, now my jaw is off, new veneer doesn't fit.
Dr Weiss and the staff. Did a all on 6. Upper teeth replacement. I am very happy and pleased with the quality and professionalism off Dr Weiss and the staff. Highly recommend any body wanting to get dental implants to use this dentistry office. Ron M
I recently had Dr. Monda fit a Crown for my broken rear molar.
From start to finish the process took less than two hours. The office used an on site 3-Dimensional camera and printer system to create a perfectly fitting Crown. No more getting a temporary and having to return in two weeks to get the permanent. I absolutely recommend Dr. Monda to anyone needing a new or replacement Crown.
Terrible bedside manner. Always seemed rushed and unable to take the time to explain anything. The receptionist at this office is extremely rude. They do not tolerate kids here (one dr yelled at my 4 year old) staff was planning there coffee run while my 3 year old was in tears getting an xray.
This Dentistry / office is Amazing! The staff and Dr. Monda and Dr. Weiss are unbelievable. Same day appointments. I love these folk's.
Adequate care was not taken to ensure that pain medication was in effect before cavity procedure started. Dr. Monda continued even though it was expressed that pain was felt. Additionally Bonnie and Melissa (office staff) do not listen to questions and concerns and are curt.
I love this dentist and her staff!! My denture fits perfect !!
