About
Patients love Dr. Kimberly Sherry for her sense of humor and her ability to relate to their everyday lives. She tries to treat every patient like a close friend or family member. Her objective is to listen to her patients so that she can learn their goals and how to come up with the best treatment for them. Believe it or not, dentistry is Dr. Sherry’s second career! She graduated from Miami University in 2006 with a degree in Human Resource Management. She worked for Target Corporation for five years but always felt something was missing. She had been interested in dentistry since childhood, and after shadowing several other professions, Dr. Sherry realized that dentistry was where her true passion lies. She turned in notice at her job and began studying for the entry exam to dental school. Dr. Sherry graduated from The Ohio State University in 2012. She continued to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where she graduated cum laude in 2016. Just one year later, she joined Dr. Kirchner and our team at Kirchner Dental. Now, Dr. Sherry gets to live her dream. Every day and every patient is different. No two procedures are alike. She loves to learn and study in a field where things change so rapidly. Dentistry constantly pushes her to expand her skills. Dr. Kimberly Sherry is a native of Michigan and enjoys visiting her family whenever she is free. She especially loves to cheer for the Michigan State Spartans! Dr. Sherry was married in January 2017. She and her husband love to travel (they have been all over the US, Europe, and Asia), explore new restaurants, and play golf. In her free time, Dr. Sherry enjoys reading and running. She has even completed several marathons.
