I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentist. Dr. Quigless was extremely patient with me and made sure I was ok every step of the way. Dr. Quigless has the best chairside manner.
Dr. Kirk Quigless's practice requires you to pay for dental services in advance, i.e., at least 50% down, before the work is performed; they overcharge; they debited my account without my permission and without explaining the charges; they are always asking for more money; they are not prepared when you arrive for your appointment (e.g., missing the dental parts to perform the job), which means they have to reschedule you; and they blame their unacceptable office practices on former employees. They are more concerned with money instead of service. Requiring patients to pay in advance, when you have dental coverage for the services is not right. The lead business assistant spends more time with you than Dr. Quigless. In addition to my bad experiences with Dr. Quigless and his lead business assistant, after one year, my new crown fell out. This work was done by one of Dr. Quigless's associates who no longer works in his practice. I would not recommend Dr. Quigless's dental practice.
