I am not happy with Dr Kianpour at all, for basic extraction of my tooth #2 he took almost one and a half hours mees around with it. He wanted to do bone graft after extraction of my maxillary tooth. Before he makes a collagen plug into canal, he cleaned the canal with high air pressure on soft sinus tissue which caused sinus perforation, my sinus exposed and I felt fluid drainage through my nasal. sutures were very poor, Bone graft failed. I was raised my mouth I felt drainage going through my nose, I left a message for him about this matter he said this matter it's above of his knowledge and practice. His patient ledger and Clinical note dose not match with my records. I am not recommending him for any implant, bone graft or any dental surgery. Reception attitude is not professional.
