Love all of the staff! they are incredible for little ones. my 3 year old was so brave and happy with her teeth cleaning since she was shown what was going to happen with each tool. always will recommend them

Dr. McKee has provided excellent dental service to my children. We missed our first appointment in the entire 16 years we have been going to Dr. McKee as a result of COVID and our hectic schedules. I contacted the office with a sincere apology and spoke to Jody who not only did not respond to my apology but proceeded to be rude and offer an appointment 6 months from now. When I asked if there was anything that could be done sooner I was told my oldest "needed to move on" although a reminder to schedule was sent to her. She then explained her office woes, ended in silence and hung up. It is a shame that a great Dentist has such nasty customer service! Dr. McKee, do yourself a favor and find a new receptionist! I guess this leaves me no option but to look elsewhere.

The staff was nice except Jody . She was very rude and very unprofessional. She is very ignorant to people and she needs to learn how to people in person and on the phone . Very unprofessional .I will never go back to this place and I will tell people not to come here .She was very rude to me and she told me that she scheduled my kids because payment. My husband the collection bill and called the company ( paid in full). Back in July. She said this in front of people . Asked for a supervisor and she refused.

He makes the child comfortable before starting any work and makes sure they know what’s going on so they stay calm. My daughter loves him and will not go to any other dentist.

Dr. McKee and his staff were amazing! We were an hour early because we had to drive about 1 1/2 hours. Our appt was at 6, we arrived at 5 and we were in our vehicle leaving by 5:48 and my daughter got X-rays and 2 teeth pulled all within that amount of time. They were very patient with my 8 yr old daughter who had a lot of anxiety about getting anything done to her teeth. It was by far the best experience with a dentist! Five Stars!

We are new to the area and asked around for a pediatric dentist for my three children ages 13,7 and 3. Dr. McKee was recommended. He saw all three of my children and they all felt comfortable and really liked him. He is kind and great with kids. Cleanliness is very important to me and his office is VERY clean. My husband and I are so happy to have found such a great dentist. I will recommend him to everyone.

My 2 sons have seen the dentist from day one and he is the most kind, caring, understanding and patient dentist. I highly recommend him, even for special needs

Our son had extensive damage to his baby teeth and secondary teeth due to high doses of medication, chemo and radiation. After 4 other dentists; our son found a true friend in Dr. Kraig McKee and his staff! They showed the MOST kindness, professionalism, and painless dental care a mother could ask for! I HIGHLY recommend this office!
