Dr. Oehler and his staff are very professional and competent. They take care of business without trying to push me into expensive procedures I don't need. It's a perfectly comfortable environment for a dentist's office.

Both my wife and I are having issues with crowns that this dentist put on. Our new dentist says they are ill fitting and need to be replaced. I have tried to get Dr Oehler's office to admit the procedure was a failure so my insurance will pay for a new crown, but they are unwilling to do so. I have tried to speak to Dr. Oehler, but he will not take my phone call. I would not recommend going to this dentist. He does not care about his patients. I have filed a complaint with the Missouri Dental Association.

Zero chance of recommending Dr. Oehler. We had to change dentists for insurance purposes, I took my children there for a cleaning and they weren't in the chair for more than 10 minutes, both my kids asked me to never take them there again. Dr. Oehler also did an implant for me that I now have to have redone for $1,100 (out of pocket with a more competent dentist) because he did such an awful job. They're also clueless how to do insurance claims, do not go to this dentist.
