I went in for the extraction of a loose tooth that had been bothering me for years. Dr. Kim was very friendly from the start, putting me at ease immediately. After inspecting my teeth and gums, he explained what he was going to do without judment about how badly I had neglected my oral hygiene. Throughout the procedure he was kind and gentle, and explained at every step what he was about to do so that there would be no surprises. Dr. Kim went the extra mile to ensure that I would be as comfortable as possible at all times. When he encountered my terrible gagging issue, he was patient, understanding and quite sympathetic. I can honestlysay that my visit was the best dental experience ever, and I would recommend Dr. Kim without reservation.
