I am no stranger to pain and can tolerate some pain for necessity. The pain of the numbing injections for my particular procedure was excruciating and not controlled at all -- ranked up there with kidney stone pain. I should have been under pain meds for the injections themselves. Dr. Otte did not seem empathetic or caring, even after returning to find me fighting back tears. My neck and body ached for several days afterward because of tension from the injections. Never again.

I have had several appointments and procedures with Dr. Otte. I will not go to another oral surgeon. The staff is wonderful.

My appointment was at 230. I did arrive early to fill out paper work. I had a tooth pulled and was leaving the parking lot at 243. Dr otte was amazing. Very professional and nice. I had no pain when he numbed my tooth / gums and no pain when he pulled my tooth . The office staff, nurses and X-ray tech were very nice . They relieved my anxiety by explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. What a great team! Thank you all Becky
