The hygenist broke my permanent retainer and they would not pay for a new one. Dr. Hoover ignored my email and wouldn't respond to my phone call. Not an office I want to be a part of.

Do not go to this dentist office. When they make costly mistakes, they do nothing about it to help the patient.

My wife and I have had been patients of Dr. Hoover for quite a few years and she has done wonders for us. She replaced a long overdue bridge for me. Totally perfect. I was waiting for the dentist I totally trusted and she did NOT disappoint. She did a similar new bridge for my wife, also perfect. These are just two of many. Dr. Hoover has a personality that puts you at ease. Also a major plus. Dr. Hoover's assistants and staff. Totally excellent, nice, friendly.
