This office is not friendly and does not prioritize their patients. I made the mistake of listing Dr. Rener as my general dentist, so a few weeks ago when I woke up with a painful tooth and a swollen cheek, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rener. Despite being the only patient in the office, I sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time while the front desk chatted with the dental sales rep about her favorite tooth brush. My experience only got worse from there. Unable to help me in his office, Dr. Rener referred me to an Endodontic specialist, more specifically, an out of network Endodontic specialist. His lack of care and due diligence to even fill out the proper Insurance Referral Sheet delayed my ability to find treatment for a very painful tooth for over a week. This is not a friendly office/dentist, and they do not work well with others. It's like pulling teeth to get this office to send proper forms to insurance/specialists.

I have been seeing Dr. Renner for 3 years. He is excellent. Highly recommend. No frills office but the staff is quite thorough in getting appointments scheduled.
